USPS casual Employee and night?

I asked a question a few days ago about USPS night jobs and someone told me about a casual employee at usps.. I was told I do not need to take a test for this position? where can I apply and what are the night hours for this position? Do I just go in and ask for the position as"casual employment"?

1. You can inquire about Casual Employment at your local Post Office. They will be able to tell you where the HR office is in your area. Hours can vary greatly. There is no set schedule for Casuals. Most facilities will work around school schedules though.
