Where can i follow up my Time Magazine subscription?

I applied for a years time magazine subscription with corresponding payment (CBC crossed check no. 0645749, Sept 4, 2009, Ph3,132.00 (philippine peso). It was mailed last Sept. 7, 2009 via post office ... the address was to the Postal Box Office of Time Magazine. until now i havent received a single copy and the promo telescope and travelling bag. What is the email address of time magazine for customers?

1. Mabuhay! Usually, it takes 6-8 weeks to receive first issue of magazine upon subscription. It might take even longer to receive your copy since yours will be mailed internationally. I am subscribed to 30 monthly published US magazines and it all took one month to receive my first issue. BTW, you can actually log-in at TIMES website to check the status of your account. 1. Input your name, house number, and email address to find your account. If it says your account can't be found, it is most likely that TIMES hasn't received your subscription order yet.
