MY CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATED ?
Workers at the post office refused to talk to me in tagalog (filipino native dialect) and told me i am not allowed to, only spanish and english only are allowed....the workers are filipinos !!! the postal office did not have a sign stating english or spanish only and i requested them for a document showing that im not allowed to speak any other languages but they said they dont have documentations....

- It sounds like the employees were misinformed about their company guidelines. Most employers request that employees speak English, but I don't know of any that restrict what is spoken.
- No they weren't. If you're the one who typed this question, you seem to have well equipped English skills, so what the problem. It's not against anyone's civil rights to make speaking English 1) A requirement for the job and 2) To conduct all business in that language or whatever additional languages they want to allow. Now, if you're on a coffee break or not on the bosses dime, then you'd have a case.
