What are the Pro's and Con's of employment opportunities due to IT?

I just need to know what you think are the Pro's and Con's for another essay that I am writing. Basically I need your opinion on employment opportunities due to IT Thanks :) xxx

1. pros-more specialized jobs means better pay and benefits and treatment cons-not everyone has the time or money to invest in the education required, and as the developed world starts to crank out their own specialists in these fields jobs get exported to countries with lower currency value.
2. I wrote my CV on a computer, I applied for a job online. Without the help of IT i wouldn't have a job.
