Fedex Tracking?

I have my invoice number for a product I recently bought but no matter what I do I can't seem to track it. I've gone to the website and tried many times but it says its invalid. what do i do?

1. The company that sold you the product has to give you the Fedex tracking number. The invoice number will not do it.
