Revoke of Wage Assignment Notice is being ignored?

I sent AmeriCash Revoke of Wage Assignment Notice on September 14, 2004 via US Postal Service. I have the tracking number and everything from USPS. By law I have the right to cancel my wage assignment at any time and i exercised my right. Now they are acting like they never received my revoke notice. At this point what can I do? Sorry about the typo, September 14, 2009. Yes, it was sent certify mail
