Is there a problem with USPS Tracking - Package not moving from Post Office?

The package was mailed last Nov 4. Until now, according to the Track & Confirm, the package is still there and not moving. Is there a problem USPS Tracking nowadays? From my experience, it should be forwarded by now to another post office or airport for international dispatch. My label number is CQ336XXXXXXUS, Im sure it my package has tracking.

1. Your package is probably moving, it just isnt showing on the tracking site. I was tracking something I bought, and it said it was still in a different state, but i got it that day.
2. Hi, I have exactly the same problem as you do, I got a packaged mailed on November 5th (overseas shipping) via USPS Priority Mail, and guess what ? Today Nov 12 I decided to track the package on usps.com after submitted the tracking number and there isn't any update at all just that it was accepted on Nov 5.
