Do any USPS tracking/label/delivery conformation numbers start with VF ?

1. Hi, No its usually a # with a 9xxxx as starting number.
2. Labels starting with a V are usually for Insured Mail. If the Insured value is more than $299, a signature is required at the time of delivery, otherwise it will simply be scanned as delivered. Insured items are not trackable at usps.com. Insured can only be looked up on the USPS Intranet at your local Post Office.
