What's involved in being a tnt, ems, or dhl van delivery driver?

What's involved in being a tnt, ems or dhl van delivery driver? pay? any lifting involved? or just driving? are some boxes really heavy? or are there just small parcels and boxes? do i have to know my way around Australia? do they give you a gps or something? thanks.

1. Long hours, early starts, late finishes, heavy lifting, extreme pressure to deliver a stupid amount of parcels in a ridiculously short time. Money's not bad though.
