Which Melbourne neighborhoods and suburbs have the most employment opportunities?

I am seeking employment in hospitality (chef, cook, etc.) but I'm more interested in which neighborhoods have the most jobs in general, across all industries? I'm almost certain to be moving to the outer southeastern suburbs of Melbourne but would be happy to commute into the CBD each day if need be.
