Why would I get an email saying a Full Panel Backup was completed by someone I don't know?

I've gotten this email twice to a gmail account. I know nothing about where it's coming from except allegedly from Tollers.nl - which has a Whois contact in the Netherlands. Is this a virus? 1. they got your attention, soon they will want you to pay for something. it's a marketing tactic.
2. It will just be spam. I get ones from random people about random things. Just delete them.
