how long will it take a mail (USPS Priority International mail) to reach recipient upon arrival in the country?

I bought a camera off ebay, and seller posted it on the 14th of November. He sent it using USPS Priority International Mail. I checked the tracker and it said the parcel arrived Singapore 20th November. Its now the 25th of November and still its not sent to me. Any ideas? Anyone?

1. It's probably stuck in customs, it can take awhile to come from overseas. My son ordered some thing from Hong Kong over a month ago, it came yesterday. It all depends on customs just give it a few more days just keep checking with the tracking system.(we are in the us)
