What time should the mailman be at your house at the latest?

Cuz mine comes at 3:30 at its earliest And like today,Got here at 4:57 And it really sucks to have to wait all day til dark to get your mail Is there anything i can do? Opinions..

1. Nope, that is just part of their route. You are NOT entitled to have your mail delivered when YOU would like to have it delivered. Someone has to be at the end of the route and it just happens to be YOU!!
2. in 2002 i have automated all my bills....all bills are on what's known as paperless billing... i also have a sign on my mailbox that says....return all mail to sender.... i have not rcvd mail since 2002....
