How to contact the post office in oyo nigeria?

I have a package sitting over there since Sept. and our post office tells me that I have to call them to tell them to return it well it's impossible to get through and if you do you can hardly understand them. So I've been trying to find out there address to send them a letter but I don't know how to get it can any one help me out.

1. I don't think there is any way you can do that, best way is to send them a message by registered mail.
