I want to become a Mailman.... Now where do i apply?

Anyone know the steps one needs to take to pursue a career in deliver mail? Not UPS, Fedex, or DHL, I want info on how to get a Job at the Post Office? I think there is test you need to take too?

1. the us post office website would be a good place to start. google the US post office.
2. You need to get your gun permit first.
3. The USPS is a civil service job. You need to take the specific civil service exam for the job, usually given regularly in or around your state capitol. The post office hires from the pool of those that pass the exam.

Thinks capitalism works. 9. Are against public health care. 10. Swear in front of women. If these things sound like you, you sound like the kind of person who would make a good mailman, McDonalds worker, or crash test dummy, or suicide bomber who targets casinos because they are not legitimate business
5. Go to the Post Office and they will tell you. There is a test I think, but they will tell you at the Post Office.
