Is there a complete list of all Finnish postal codes?

I'm looking for a complete list of all Finnish postal codes and cities. Can't seem to find it on the Finnish postal website. I need the complete list with every zip code and every city. Example: 00001 Helsinki 00002 Helsinki 00003 Helsinki etc
