What country has the best employment opportunities?

My generation of recent college graduates is finding it difficult to obtain employment. We were told if we got a college degree (and for some graduate degrees) that we would be able to make a certain income, at least more than our age, but it does not seem to be the case in the current American economy. I want to know what country's economy is currently thriving, because I would like to emigrate. I need a job, one that will help pay off school loans and doesn't feel like a waste of a degree.

1. This information is available on sites like bls.gov. You can also try contacting foreign employers to see if they are hiring.
2. The recession is global. I highly doubt you'd find any country whose economy can be described as "thriving."
