1. Yes, you can file a Change of Address online at usps.com. You do need to use a credit card and will be charged $1. This is for identity verification in that one of the addresses in the change order must be associated with the billing address of that card. I have had this sort of question in the past and because of what I have been told as a reason for wanting to change from a PO Box I will also say this. If you wish to change from PO Box delivery to Home Delivery, you must be in a town that has Home Delivery.If your town only offers PO2 Box service, which should provide a free PO Box to you, you can not make a change to Home Delivery. The system will not accept the street address.
