  1. Well, I'm disabled, so I rely on delivery services. As an individual, you want the delivery service to show up on the correct day within the scheduled delivery 'window'. Before I became disabled, I was a small business owner. It didn't matter as much back then. You still wanted/needed your delivery of supplies on a given day - but it didn't matter what time of day they arrived at. UPS and FedEx are good, but they only give a date, not a delivery window time-frame. They are great, hard-working, and friendly people and I still and always will use them. I'm lucky enough to have a friend who I have parcels shipped to and then he phones me and brings them over. It took me awhile to figure out how to make it happen and ask my friend if he would accept my parcels. (I am 45 by the way and nothing illegal is going on). Safeway.com is the best. They let you schedule a 2-hour delivery window and they never miss it unless there's a snowstorm or something.
