how do i market a delivery service to condo dwelers?

Specifically; I am interested in marketing a boutique medical marijuana delivery service to residents of San Diego's downtown neighborhoods (gas-lamp, east village, little Italy, etc) I am not interested in exposure to the bar crowds or tourists, collage kids etc.. ideally developing a strong customer base, catering to specific request in preparation, and presentation. so, how do i talk just to them??

1. People who live in condos don't really smoke that much weed. They need to be working to pay that huge bill every month. They can't be couch potatoes. By the way, the word is spelled 'college', not 'collage'.
