what am i supposed to do since there is no postal/zip code in Bahrain?

I'd really like to purchase an item online but i cant bypass the "please enter a postal code" since that field is left empty please any1 how am i supposed to fill the postal code field since there isnt any zip code available in Bahrain? i really want 2 order the item badly :( thanks in advance ur help will be deeply appreciated!!
