which is faster ups ground or US Postal Service Parcel Post?

1. Depends.. In country or out???? Usually UPS ground.
2. I always do ground. It usually ships fairly fast in time for the holidays.
3. Depends on how far it is going. Often, USPS priority is only fifty cents more than parcel post and gets there in a day, two or three. I would use the USPS. The other one is hard on packages, all that I get from them look like they have been kicked all the way? Don't know why. USPS is all I use if I have a choice. Good luck.
