What e-mail programs allow you to embed photos in email, as opposed to attaching them?

I know the PAID version of America Online used to allow for embedding, or inserting images into the e-mail. Now however since I no longer pay for AOL, it seems that they retracted that option. I am looking for a free e-mail program that allows images to be embedded into e-mails like HTML form, without actually having to insert the HTML coding. Can anybody help?
