what is the best websites to find employment opportunities for teachers?

I would prefer elementary charter schools and private schools in the Phoenix Metro Area. I want to be a teacher, however I don't have a teaching certificate yet, but I want an early start on teaching by teaching in charter schools or private schools. So what are the best websites to find employment opportunities for teachers? Also, I already have a BA in English.

1. There are no websites. Charters are public schools and require full certification. With the downturn, you are competing for jobs with fully certificated displaced teachers - I would rethink your plan.

3. Also try your state department of education website. Here in Kansas, they have a link to KEEB (Kansas Educator's Employment Board). Yours might have something llike that. Good luck! I'm afraid every school district in Kansas is going to have to lay off about 1/3 of our teachers. I don't know about the situation in AZ, but I hope it's better than here!
