Employment Opportunities?

I'm looking for employment in the NW Arkansas area. I have 27 years in manufacturing and production (lead man, die setting, welding, brasing, problem solving, forklift etc...). Anyone know of any good opportunities?

I have had real good luck with the website www.craigslist.org Also I have gone to the websites of firms who do my kind of work, and almost all of them have a "contact us" section, where I send my resume. I suspect that most of the unions have long waiting lists. Also don't forget the VA if you are a veteran. Best of luck!
