Does USPS deliver packages to my post office or home?
Hi all. A friend of mine recently sent me a package through USPS. Now he lives in the US and I live in Canada. I was wondering if USPS will deliver the package to my local post office or my home? Since there is no USPS locations in Canada as far as I know, I don't know if there is going to be someone driving up in a USPS truck to give me the package at home or if it will go through customs and be sent to my post office. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

- It will go through customs, and it will be delivered to your home. I'm not sure exactly how it works, but I think parcels get transfered from USPS to the regular Canadian postal service when they cross the border. I send things to a girl I know who lives in Canada all the time (I'm in the USA) and there's never been a problem. They always get delivered to her address, not a post office.
