Does FedEx/Kinko's print on shirts?

I am trying to make my dad a shirt for Christmas and want to find a place that will do it well. I heard fedex/kinkos does it, but I searched their site and couldnt find anything about it. Does anyone know where I can find any information about it or if Kinko's actually does this.

1. No Fed X Kinko's does not do screen printing, just paper printing.
