How to track an order product with fedex?ordered body kits for car?

i ordered body kits for my car and a few days later they send me an email with a track number saying its been shipped but when i go to fedex.com and type in 00000000-0 it says not found what do i do? its not actually nothing but zeros i just dont want to put the number in......anyway it says "your items shipped on 12/21/09 via other: fedex freight track your package with tracking # 00000000-0

1. You should have recieved a Reference number. Or a Tracking number.... Go to the Fedex Website, and look for the Section on Tracking packages.
2. Unless you put in the tracking number that was supplied to you, you won't know where the item are. That is the way it works.....
