what does it mean when USPS tracking says: out for delivery?

i just checked my tracking, and it says "out for delivery".

Public Comments

1. It means its on the truck on the way to your house.
2. It's left the processing plant and is on a truck headed to you.
3. with UPS it means the package is in route & should be delivered soon.but w/postal service / its anyones guess
