Would it make a good case to sue the postal office for misplacing mail?
Like if they send a piece of very confidential mail to someone else besides the intended person even by accident; would it make a good lawsuit case? Is my chances of winning going to be high?

- No. The Post office offers as much security as you are willing to pay for. The have registered mail that is only delivered to specific persons with propoer I D,. it is expensive and very secure. The rest of the mail is delivered as best they can. The Post office delivers addresses not people.
- Good luck...I guess if you have a family of top notch trial lawyers it may help,a little...Trying to sue the government is like swatting a bee's nest and thinking you won't get stung. What you could do is send it certified, with the return receipt requested option. That way, someone has to sign for it and the little green card will be delivered to you and you'll have proof.
