USPS Automated Postal Center?

I want to send a package using international priority mail. If I use bubble mailer to pack it, which price should I pay using the APC? Is it Priority Mail® International Flat Rate Envelope/Box, or what? Thanks.

1. the apc will guide you but i highly suggest for anything international i would stand in line and not use the APC as there are some times shipping restrictions what you can send,.,, and the postal clerk can check that for you.and guide you ..and then you still need customs forms,.as well you don't want your package refused by the other countries customs...
