Where To Buy Liberty Bell 'Forever' Stamps other than USPS or E Bay?

First of all, I live in Ireland and second, the USPS doesn't take international orders right now. Anyone have any answers cos it's really, REALLY important to get these?! It's important I get them because I need them for an SAE.

1. Why is it important that you get them? Its not like you can use them where you live right now. ebay, or paying someone that lives here to get them for you would be the only way.
