what is the cheapest way to ship international ups or usps?

I was wondering if usps ships internationally and if so tell what is the cheapest. If not just tell me what is the cheapest way to ship international from ups. Its going to be a box about 1-2 pounds at most.

1. USPS is probably about the same as UPS for international shipping but its always a good idea to do some research to see what is cheaper before you ship packages. Try FedEx and DHL as well.
