Does anyone know what month the United States Postal Service mail out their employers W2 forms?

1. All W2 forms must be postdated by the end of Jan.
2. By law you are supposed to have a copy by February 1st. A lot of places mail it out at the last possible second... so watch your mailbox on Feb 1st, that's probably when it will come.
3. I believe it is required by law that all companies must have their W2s out by January 31st!
4. January, like virtually every other employer. They must be in the mail by Feb 1st but are not considered late until the 15th.
5. Same as all other companies. Due out by 1-31.
6. Every employer in the country MUST mail out their W-2 forms by January 31 -- except this year. Since January 31 is on a Sunday, they have been given an extra day and now must have them mailed out by February 1.
