whats the difference between us postal service priority mail,parcel post,and 1st class mail?

oh an whats a better deal the parcel post for $6.40 or the priority mail for $6.75. Oh and one more thing what one ships the fastest.

1. If I were you I would go to the U S Post Office nearest you and ask them! Wow was that tough to figure out!!
2. ALWAYS take priority over Parcel Post... if the cost is similar... it's QUICKER. Here is a typical example for sending a 2lb package across the Country. Express Mail$33.10 Priority Mail®2 days$12.70 Priority Mail® Medium Flat Rate 2 days$10.70 Parcel Post® 7 days$9.92
3. 1st class mail ships under 1 lb. Priority ships supposedly faster, depending on where you ship. If you ship locally, use the cheapest way, be it priority or parcel post, as there is no difference in time. Otherwise for longer distances, use priority.
