Who do you complain to about your mailman?
Our mailman is terrible beyond words, and the final breaking point was a package that was delivered this week, with delivery confirmation... to the wrong house. I had to track it down by knocking door to door for it. The neighbors could have brought it to us, I know, but our mailman actually confirmed that he delivered it properly when it wasn't even close. So who do you complain to?
Public Comments
- Postmaster General.
- Call the US Post Office. There is also a national US Postal number to call and complain. But remember it is the government and sometimes satisfaction does not matter. But definitely call because they should be aware of the issue, and resolve it.
- Your local Postmaster would be the first person to complain to.
- Send a letter to POSTMASTER: and the local city and zip code. p.s. Your postman is NOT a government employee.
