- The Shipping Assistant can print a shipping label, but it will only do so without Postage. You can use ordinary postage stamps to pay the postage, but that can be a real pain. A better option is to use USPS Click-n-Ship. It is free to use and will print a label for any Priority Mail option, including the Flat Rate options, with Postage. You will receive a discount on the postage as well as Delivery Confirmation at no additional charge. Click-n-Ship is accessible at usps.com.
