postal.....?

i just want to know can someone else change your mailing address?????and if your name is on a lease can someone take your name off of the mail box without you know it no matter how long it has been sence youve been there???????? remember your name is still on the lease.

1. Anyone can go down to the post office and get one of those address change packs....I think you can do it on line now. Also, as far as bills and things, you can contact the utilities and such to change addresses. You do have to have some personal information to get this done. So don't share you DOB SSN or account #'s with any one.
2. Give me more details... Is there a vacant card in your box? How long were you away without checking your mail? (Did you not put your mail on a vacation hold?) Were there any notices or mail in your box? If your box fills up, the post office will hold your mail at the post office for 10 days after leaving a notice. If you don't pick-up, the carrier should put a vacant card in your box. All mail will be returned to sender as: moved, left no forwarding address
