How do I pick up my mail at the post office?

My mailbox was destroyed recently. How do I pick up my mail at the post office? Do I need to bring proof that I live at my address? Like, a bill or something?

You should, perhaps, go to Home Depot and buy a new mailbox. Then your mail delivery could resume. Also, I find that listening to Indie music calms the soul. 3. Call your local delivery unit and put your mail on hold. Talk to the Manager/Postmaster about what would be a good schedule to pick up your mail until the box can be replaced.
