i have recently passed a postal exam for a rural carrier. now here is my question. say for example i live in new york can i still get a job in new jersey? or its only for new jersey residents

1. It is perfectly fine to live in NY and be a RD in NJ. You aren't bound to be a letter carrier by the state you live in.
