  1. Talk to a lawyer. Depending on the details, they can probably help you get your record cleaned up a bit.
  2. Our supervisor was picked up for fraud twice in her past. She doesn't know we all know but we do. She went through a temp agency and ended up with a supervising position that is permanent now. Its a great job so just keep looking you will get something,
  3. perhaps you cant!
  4. Work on the present. Do some volunteer work so you can meet new people and add skills to your resume. You will also show employers how you have changed. Talk to the police department about your record if it is incorrect. You will need to provide proof I'm sure. Come up with a story for your past criminal behavior for employers. Explain what you did, reasons, and how you will not repeat it. It's going to take some real effort on your part.
