What are the USPS Regulations for Shipping Perfume?

I am selling some perfume on Ebay and am not sure how I am allowed to ship it domestically and internationally. I could not seem to find the reg on the USPS website. Does anyone know what the regs are? Thanks.

Domestically, if shipment is permitted, it is only by Ground methods. There are no International Ground methods of shipment. Perfumes and Colognes are considered a flammable substance because of the alcohol it contains.
