Hi, I just got off the phone with support about getting a repair and it all went through good and they just sent me the email with the instructions to send my Xbox and print my label. Now here is what they said in the email... "If you are sending your console to us for repair from the United States, use the following steps to locate and print your e-label: Go to the Xbox Support Web site In the left navigation under Console Management, click Check Repair Status Click Sign In to sign in with your Windows Live ID. Be sure that you sign in with the same Windows Live ID that you used when you registered your console. After you sign in, type your Service Request Number in the Service Request Number box, type your zip code in the Zip/Postal Code box, and then click Submit. On the page that is displayed, click the Print shipping label and instructions button to print your e-label and view detailed shipping instructions." At step number 4 there is no spot to type in the Service Request Number? It just says, "You currently do not have any consoles being repaired that are associated with your Windows Live ID."? Where do I type in the service request number, because I have the number right here? Do you see the box on your browser? I got it to work for some reason I had to NOT be signed in even though it told me to be signed in? Thanks anyways...
