Is there any way to track US Postal Service First Class Mail?

I bought an iPod off of ebay and it has been 7 going on 8 business days and it still hasn't come. It's going from Texas to Michigan and i know the weather could be an issue, but its not like its leaving the country. Thanks for any help/advice :)

1. You need the USPS tracking number from the shipping document which is fairly long Go the USPS.com and enter this number to trace - it will show shipped and at what location it is now (sorting center) and status of the package at that point
