do postal office put stamps on your parcel?

If you don't have any stamps left and go to a postal office to mail, do they put stamps on your parcel?

1. Yes. Of course you pay for them.
2. They will probably use an ink stamp, not a paper stamp. (Sorry, stamp collectors)
3. Yes they do. They generally put a meter stamp on you parcel for the full amount. If they aren't busy and you get a nice window clerk, they may put stamps on the package, if you request it. Good Luck!
