Postal Letter

please help me describe this piece of art?

i picked this piece of art to describe in my art class. It's a gigantic mural of 3,300 square feet created by using 80 gallons of polymer acrylic paint. Some parts of it are historic, we can see the "barefoot mailman" on one of the murals and a person reading a palm beach county history book. iThe link is http://www.mydelraybeach.com/Delray/Boards+and+Committees/Public+Art+Advisory+Board/Gallery/Twin+Murals.htm and the mural I picked is the one on the bottom of the webpage. It was painted by Andrew Rein, I couldn't find anythin about him, but anyways what I need to talk about is the paint not the painter. Any help?
