How do I find postal codes + digits codes?

2. For postal codes go to: http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp By "Digit Codes" i assume you mean the 3 digit prefix on telephone numbers: http://www.fonefinder.net/
3. http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp This post office website page lets you put in the address, and find the zip code and 4 digit "route" number. You have the option of putting in the Zip code or not.
