How to make contact with United states postal service when there is a major problem?

A parcel was sent from Miami USA ON 1ST March (3 day delivery) According to the tracing of the parcel it has gone to AUSTRIA instead of Australia. Tracking states it is with a courier in Austria. Ive contacted the seller in the USA and he is as frustrated as me. Any advice I would appreciate, thank you.

1. i guess the spelling on the package or the person who pack the parcel put the parcel in the wrong BIN
