Who is the most reliable rush delivery service for domestic shipments?

I have had varying degrees of success with a well known delivery service. Are there metrics to show the best for guaranteed on time delivery?

1. I think you will find the major ones to have the same batting average when it comes to delivery on time and lost items. Except for the Postal Service, they are horrible but I am talking about the for-profit delivery companies.
