What do you like/wish for by an organic delivery service?

I have to create an delivery service for organic products. so my question: what would you really appreciate or wish for? Or do you know a company with great service? thanks for each help.

It was explained to me just a few days ago, that in UK (& NI), there is an excellent wholesale supplier of organic / vegetarian / vegan / Fair Trade foods etc., called SUMA, who deliver, for free to most parts of the UK. The company is the only UK co. who are an equality based co-operative. They save people "bucket-loads of money" - they don't sell to individuals, but people can form a group to buy that way. It is, I understand, very successful. Just google Suma.
